How fast are orders processed?

During normal shipping times, we ship within 24-48 hours of order placed. Orders placed over the weekend are processed first thing Monday morning. Orders placed after 2pm with express shipping will be shipped the following business day.

When will I get my order?

Most orders are delivered in 3 to 10 business days or less to Singapore or Internationally. 

Flat rate shipping is by Singapore Post for local and International delivery. 

What if I need to change my order?

If you’d like to change your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@baby-magnet.com and we’ll see what we can do! 

What if a signature is required at delivery?

Baby Magnet is not responsible for shipments after they are delivered to customer-provided addresses. If insurance or signature is required, please contact Baby Magnet immediately after order is placed with your order number. Additional shipping charges may apply.

What if I provide an incorrect shipping address?

After an order is placed, Baby Magnet will ship your order to the address as entered. We are not responsible for charges incurred from the return of a package or it’s reship to the correct address.
