Have Baby Magnet clothes been safety tested?

100% Our products have been independently safety tested by a recognised world leader in testing, inspection and certification services.

What about swallowing magnets?

The magnetic fasteners are double stitched into our clothes in a perforated plastic cove which is sewn inside the lining of the garment. They would take serious tampering to remove.

This has been third party safety tested according to United Kingdom, EU, Australia, US & Asia regulation and has been certified as safe for children and babies.

However we advise that you periodically inspect the seams and fabric near magnetic fasteners. If you see tears, rips, or loose stitching is found, no longer use the product.

Can exposure to magnets or magnetic fields cause harm?

Are they washing machine and tumble drier safe?

Absolutely. To protect the shape, colour and texture of the fabric however, do not wash the garments at more than 30°C. Which is also environmentally friendly and will help lower your household bills. If tumble drying, please do it on a low heat, and remove promptly when finished.

Please turn the garments inside out and the magnetic fastenings are closed before washing and tumble drying.

Please wash and dry with a full laundry load and remember to wash garments with similar colours. 

Are there any other special instructions?

Not really, we recommend putting your child's feet in first for maximum ease.

Does Baby Magnet Rompers tend to come up large or small?

Tricky question. Boys and girls are on different growth charts but baby clothing is cut to the average of both charts. Please choose a size based on height and weight (not age).
